Whole pig will be seasoned with Big Kahuna's competition seasoning
slow cooked for 12 hours or more depending on size in our special BBQ oven
Meat will be pulled at our restaurant and pan up in disposable pan(s) for service.
Pig will be kept intact for table centerpiece.

We require a non-refundable down payment of 50% of the estimated total upon confirmation of any catered event to guarantee your event date.
The full balance, permits, parking fee's, and total head count is due one week prior to the event. 15% gratuity will be added to total.
